Nico has been involved in the planning, development, construction, brokerage, and operations of hundreds of residential, academic, and commercial development projects valued at nearly $2 Billion. He was named an "RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker" for his forward-thinking contributions to the real estate development industry in 2019 and "Rookie of the Year" at Georgetown University for his dedication to serving his projects and stakeholders in 2022.

Mr. Hohman holds a master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.

Nico Hohman currently works as the Executive Director of Operations at Georgetown University's Capitol Campus in downtown Washington, D.C.

Nico also serves as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Herndon, Virginia. He had previously served as the Chairman of the Hillsborough County Historic Resources Review Board in Tampa, Florida.

In his free time, Nico enjoys writing fiction novels, coaching his kids' basketball teams, as well as watching his beloved Borussia Dortmund soccer team and Chicago Cubs baseball team. Nico and his wife live in Northern Virginia with three children and two dogs.
